I had another craving, this time for hot chocolate, so this is what I ‘invented’:
DAIRY & SUGAR-FREE HOT CHOCOLATE JANICE’S WAY
(Makes 1 serving)
Soak about 8 almonds in 1-1/2 C water for 3 hours
Pour into NutriBullet RX and add:
3 pitted dates
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa (I used Ghirardelli)
1-1/2 – 2 teaspoons coconut crème
(For Mexican-style, you can add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon)
Blast on the heat function
It comes out thick, foamy and yummy.
